Our Services
Behavior Intervention Services
At Be(havior) Change Consulting, we provide evidence-based behavior analysis services for children with disabilities. Our focus is on improving their daily living skills at home and in the community. We create personalized Behavior Intervention Plans based on careful clinical decisions, ensuring each plan meets a child’s specific needs. We regularly monitor progress to celebrate successes and adjust interventions as needed. We value collaboration with families and keep communication open to create a supportive environment for growth. We’re also pleased to offer services funded by Idaho Medicaid, making it accessible for families in need. As we complete our credentialing process, we look forward to positively impacting the lives of children and their families in our community. Together, let’s empower children to thrive!

We support and coach people aiming to become Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Our store has various options, including the 40-hour RBT training and ongoing supervision, which are key for certification. These services are available no cost to our employees and fee based for the wider behavior analytic community.
To help advance careers and make services easy to access, we provide:
40-hour RBT training: Offered online for self-paced or guided learning.
Ongoing RBT and BCBA supervision: Flexible packages tailored to certification needs.
Exam preparation: Study guides, practice exams, and live Q&A sessions for RBT and BCBA candidates.
Mentorship and career development: Personalized guidance, networking, and resources for career growth in ABA.
Our goal is to support the professional development of RBTs and BCBAs, ensuring high-quality services are available to those who need them.

HOW WE SEE THINGS
We want to see increased access for high quality evidence based and compassionate behavior intervention services across the state of Idaho and other less served states. Starting with high need and less served populations first. Its equitable.
We’re committed to real love in action, a vision beyond just numbers. This should be measured by detailed data, carefully observed and thoughtfully matched with genuine services that meet each person's unique needs.
OUR MOTTO: Be you. Become & Be Change.Want to learn more about this motto? unpack it with us below..
The Motto unpacked
-
VALUE This phrases embodies the values of authenticity and present moment awareness. If we are fully ourselves we are present with the moment and free to be ourselves as we are, warts and all.
IN PRACTICE Interventionists learn their clients interests, abilities and deficits and establish a strong rapport through initial assessment and ongoing services.
-
VALUES Once we have that foundation of freedom and authenticity, we can establish goals on new ways of being that serve ourselves and others with the motivation of self-improvement
IN PRACTICE Every client has an individualized plan that addresses goals for decreasing maladaptive behaviors and teaching new communication and daily living skills based off of initial assessment.
-
VALUES We cultivate adaptability and flexibility so we can navigate everything else that comes up along the way. Along our journey in life there will always be things that come up that are unaccounted for, we cannot know it all and we are open to learn.
IN PRACTICE This is not a one size fits all process we work with you and ensure we are meeting your child’s unique needs. We are open to hearing from you and hearing about your experience. We want to work with you to come up with the most reliable way of helping your child achieve their goals.
-
VALUES When we allow all these things: authenticity, present moment awareness, motivation for self-improvement- we change. It’s impossible not to. That is what growth is, change.
All of us are capable of change and change is a reality of our environment.
IN PRACTICE We look for outcomes in our data collection that show progress in your child’s goals. We see change, progress happens. If not, we change so that we find better ways to teach the skill to your child. Behavior is malleable, shapeable… Changeable.
